Raw Chocolate And Rosehip Truffles, Cold Pressed Juice and Bibimbap

#nearding #guiltypleasure #Iphone5 #camera. Having a cuppa clipper tea, the one with the awesome clouds on the front... Cecilie Askov served me a cup some time ago,  which literally tasted like the most guilty form of candy you can find - BUT it's all natural, non artificial and organic. So impressed.

'Raw Chocolate And Rosehip Truffles'

This recipe is packed with antioxidants, which helps your immune system stay oh so cool. Rosehip powder is packed with natural C-vitamin and it's just all so good for you, really (Think winter warrior superfoods).

Ingredients for the '#softfix'

Truffle Ingredients:
15 fresh medjool dates
3 tbs. cacao powder (raw or regular)
1 tbs vanilla seeds

Rosehip powder to roll the truffles in
 (Danish: Hybenpulver)

Prep:

Put everything in a bowl. Mix with your hands - until you like the texture. Everything has to stick together. Devide into smaller pieces. Dip in rosehip powder.
Now put your legs up somewhere and take a minute to savour and have it your way :)

#Bibimbap mess and stories at the desk. Stay tuned sweet readers, there's a baby sister on the way, in addition to Little Universes.
- Who may be very green, is all i can say!

Morning juice: Slow- and coldpressed cucumber, celery, spinach leaf and turmeric root.
